Monster Energy Pit Party at A2

  • Monster Energy Pit Party at A2
CORONA, Calif., (Jan. 22, 2010) – Hopping up the already wild scene in the pro pits at Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, officials at Monster Energy have ramped up the enhancements for this weekend’s Monster Energy Pit Party as the titans of the sport return to clash at Anaheim’s (Calif.) Angels Stadium, setting the table for one heck of a bash to kick off the second of three supercross installments at the landmark SoCal motorsports/baseball facility.

Loud, proud and drawin’ a crowd, Monster Energy’s Pit Party at Anaheim will now feature:

  • Extended fan area that will allow for more people to cruise in and check out the rig.
  • Elevated stage so fans can check out the Monster Energy athletes being interviewed.
  • ESPN, SPEED and MavTV motorsports reporter Laurette Nicoll’s on the mic.
  • Large screen TVs so that folks in the back of the crowd can also see what’s happening.
  • Names like McGrath, Reed, RV, Weimer, Loza and Abbott telling it like it is!

“Looking at the first two rounds we found the interest in the Monster Energy Pit Party was overwhelming, so we had to blow it up even bigger than it already is in order to better deliver the ‘everyone’s invited’ experience,” said Monster Energy’s Eric Johnson. “From every angle, front to back, side to side supercross fans will no doubt walk away from the Monster Energy Pit party pumped for the gate to drop on the evening’s racing.”

The Monster Energy Supercross Pit Party at Anaheim 2 will also feature the most-generous Road2Recovery organization raffling off some incredible prizes – with the proceeds going to riders who’s been seriously injured racing supercross/motocross. Six tickets for five bucks, can’t go wrong with that.

In addition to all that, get this … it’s WRIF (Walk Right In Free)! Marvel at the gorgeous Monster Energy girls and get your pic snapped with them, ask them to dance to the Live DJ, get shot down and go grab a Monster Original (again, free) and go back and bench racing with your buddies. That’s why you’re here, anyway! See you Saturday, man.
