Lewis & Saylor Split It Down The Middle
December 8, 2009 4:30pm
www.rpmsportsonline.com producers of motocross and stadium cross events in Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee hosted their first weekend of racing in front of a large crowd with big names like Jase Lewis, Jacob Saylor, Cameron Stone, Derrick Rogers and other top pros all going for their shot at over $4,000 in prize money and another $750 in Dash For Cash payouts.
OTC www.otcmx.com came up with a great track that had lines for the pros and amateurs alike and made for some great racing. Jase Lewis was lights out on the 450 but had to deal with Jacob Saylor all night long. Saylor chased Lewis through the pack as the two gapped the rest of the field. Saylor was under powered as he raced a 250f against the 450 of Lewis. Saylor was all business in the lites class as he bested the field with quick starts and quick passes in lapped traffic. Saylor and Lewis will be back and this thing is far from over! Keep an eye out for additional pros like Kevin Johnson, and the GPF AX team headed up by Josh Woods.
Amateurs also got a chance to race in front of a large Corinth Mississippi crowd and one rider stood out racing an amazing 7 classes each night! Zachary Bishop Burnett lined up for 7 main events and went away with 4 wins each night making his trek to the Cross Roads Arena a very successful one.
The Fly Racing 2009-2010 Stadium cross is back in action on Friday and Saturday December 18th & 19th at the Cross Roads Arena in Corinth Mississippi and then the series heads east to the Forum Arena in Rome Georgia on Friday and Saturday January 8th & 9th so catch up with the wildest racing under one roof!
