DNA Energy Drink/BTO Sports.com/BBMX’s Thomas is our Hero

Jacksonville, Florida - This past weekend at round fourteen of the AMA Supercross series, the DNA Energy Drink/BTO Sports.com/BBMX team rider named Jason Thomas was stellar in the 250 main event. Now he finished twelfth which is no reason to go and freak out or anything but we here at BBMX think he did pretty darn good considering his absolutely putrid start. The Florida native didn’t want to let all the fans down who got the free tickets and ate the free food provided by us and just like the little engine that could, climbed that mountain to twelfth.

He finishes the east coast 250 series in twentieth with finishes of 20-20-12-12-12 proving that sometimes even tiny people can achieve big things. Speaking of big things, his teammate Kyle “No, dad I didn’t win St Petersburg” Keylon didn’t qualify but the giant man on the little bike ended up seventeenth in the points and we’d like to congratulate him. There were some great rides put in by KK.

Our other riders must’ve not only crossed a black cat but maybe accidently ate one at one of those Chinese food places in the mall because they cannot get any luck. Bryan “Don” Johnson seems to be fighting back from injury after injury and Shaun “Mr” Skinner is racing the 450 and crashed out this weekend. Better things await those guys because nice guys don’t finish last. That’s what we heard anyways.

Oh yeah, a shout out to Stellar Graphics for giving the BBMX bikes a special look on Saturday night. We were back in black!
