Ask Chairwomen Nord and Commissioner Moore to grant the exemption for Motorcycles and ATVs now. Tell them the power sports industry cannot wait another day.
There is no evidence that children are eating their motorcycle.
Thousands of people are losing their jobs because of this ruling.
Most importantly, children are being forced to ride motorcycles and ATVs that are too big for them creating a much higher risk for serious injury.
