EVS Athletes: From Indianapolis to Reno
From Indianapolis, Indiana to Reno, Nevada, EVS was on the map and had a number of riders who had great finishes.
Supercross riders made their debut at the all new Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana and came away with the following results. In the AMA Supercross Lites class, Daniel Blair finished 7th while Shane Sewell finished within the Top 10 with a 9th place finish. Brad Ripple finished 12th, Ryan Smith finished 14th and Tyler Wharton ended the night in 17th. Daniel Blair is now in the Top 10 in the overall Supercross Lites East points standings as he sits in the 10th position. Tyler Wharton is 16th, Brad Ripple is 18th, Shane Sewell is 19th, Ryan Smith is 22nd, Sean Hackley is 27th and Cody Gilmore rounds out the group in 28th.
In the AMA Supercross class, EVS rider Josh Hill brought home the 15th place spot and Robert Kiniry from the Monster Energy Cernic’s Kawasaki finished 17th. After this past weekend’s event, Josh Hill now sits in the 11th position in the Supercross class overall points standings. Paul Carpenter is in 15th, his teammate Robert Kiniry is in 25th and Daniel Blair in is 32nd.
Supercross will be heading to Daytona, Florida this coming weekend for more heart pounding, action packed racing.
The Arenacross series was in The Biggest Little City in the World and with only two rounds of racing left, riders are edging in on one another as they vie for the title of Arenacross Champion.
