Jeff Tilton and his crew of the best Freestyle Motocross riders in the world will roll out the jump ramps and go big on the hospital grounds for the most eagerly anticipated event of the year by the patients, their families and hospital staff. Joining Jeff will be the incomparable Ronnie Renner, backflipper extraordinaire, Myles Richmond, 9-time X-Games medalist Tommy Clowers, Kid's Fair newcomer Destin Cantrell, and the baddest long-distance jumper in the entire world, Robbie Maddison.

Afterwards, they will be joined by a group of visiting Supercross racers, including 2007 AMA National Motocross Champion, Grant Langston, 2009 Anaheim Supercross winner, Josh Grant, his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate, Eric Sorby, rising star Chris Blose and others as we spend the rest of the afternoon visiting every patient in the hospital, passing out shirts, hats, pajamas and other memorabilia generously donated by companies within the motorcycle industry. Some of the companies that have given so graciously in past years include Smooth Industries, FMF Apparel, Fox Racing, Pro-Circuit, Troy Lee Designs, No Fear, MX Girls and many others.
