McCabe Earns #1 Plate

The first championship of the 2009 season has been decided and it goes to Kurt McCabe. The Storm Lake Honda/theOilMart.com rider clinched the AMA Arenacross Lites Central Region title Saturday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma. McCabe edged Team Green's Justin Berry by a single point to earn the number one plate. He will now enter the fray in AMA Supercross Lites East beginning in Atlanta.
