Trainer Talk with....James Stewart

A few weeks ago just before A1, I posted a podcast with James Stewart and his trainer Aldon Baker. In this interview, James talks about everything from his confidence level going into the new season, to his extreme fitness level and what it's like to be trained by Aldon. He also talks about his golf game and why he likes swimming so much, while Aldon discusses the similarities and differences between training James and Ricky. If you listened to the podcast the first time, it is definitely worth a second listen now that we are two weeks into the SX season.
