Sara Price Wins at WMA Cup

Canyon Lake, CA – Monster Kawasaki Team Green’s Sara Price returned from the WMA Cup held January 1 – 2 at Freestone County Raceway, Wortham, Texas with two more amateur wins.

Price, who turned 16-years-old just this past September, plans to finish out her amateur race career this Winter and to turn pro at the opening round of the AMA/WMA National Championship in May. She raced the Women’s Intermediate and Women’s Collegegirl in the 6th Annual WMA Cup winning all four motos.

“I really enjoyed the Freestone track and the competition at the WMA Cup” said Price “I thought it was really important to support such a large women’s event that offers classes for females of all speeds and age. I hope there will be more events like this in the future and I am really looking forward to racing this track again as a Pro”.
