Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda Ready For 2009

Last year team Rockstar/Hart and Huntington Honda exploded on the scene and provided solid results on the track and were the must see team in the pits, for 2009 things are looking even better. This exciting team, owned by freestyle moto pioneer Carey Hart, is going to raise the bar on and off the track once again. The team will compete in the AMA Monster Energy Supercross Series, the ESPN X-Games and Supermoto events at a track near you. The first appearance of the squad will be at the fabled Anaheim Stadium this Saturday, Janurary 3rd.
Returning to the team is Florida native Troy Adams, Adams is twenty five year old up and coming rider is excited about his ’09 season “Last year was my first in the 450 class and I feel like I’ve learned a lot. I’m ready to do big things for the Rockstar/Hart and Huntington team. I can’t wait!” Troy will pilot his number 59 Marcus Shay-tuned at all seventeen rounds of the Supercross series.
Brand new to the team is twenty four year old Josh Hansen, Hansen is a three time race winner in the 250F class and brings a wealth of talent to the Rockstar/Hart and Huntington team. This Colorado born rider is the son of former Supercross and National champion Donnie Hansen and will be riding the number 100 Chad Geib-tuned Honda. “Last year I got my feet wet in the 450 class and this year, with the help of Kenny Watson and Carey Hart, I’m going into the series confident and ready” says Hansen
“I’m excited about our team this season, you know Troy is going to do better and I think with our help, Hansen will surpass everybody’s expectations” says team manager Kenny Watson “Last season we were the team that everybody had to see in the pits and this year we’re stepping it up with a new semi and a greater pit presence.” At select rounds this year the team will change things up a bit but Watson is not letting the cat out of the bag “You’ll have to come out and see what Rockstar/Hart and Huntington have planned, it’s going to be cool and different.”
