Foremost Insurance Rider Takes 5th Overall in Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open

Grand Rapids, MI - Foremost Insurance rider, Justin Brayton, finished in 5th place overall in the 10th Annual Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open. Brayton's Superpole time on Saturday night put him in 8th place for that event and he also finished in 9th place in Saturday's main event.
Teddy Maier was running much faster on Saturday, but his night ended early when the transmission seized on his bike leaving him in last place in the heat race and with no chance of making the main event. Maier's practice times earlier in the day had him in 14th place. Maier's mechanical problem cost him valuable positions and left him in 36th place overall.
Both athletes were running the Foremost Insurance logo on their gear and Maier also ran the company's logo on his Kawasaki.
"The 10th Annual Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open was an overall success for Foremost Insurance. Both our riders put in solid performances and we look forward to next year's event," said Randy Slotten, Marketing Director.
The event will be broadcast on CBS Sports Saturday, October 18 from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm.
