Tim Ferry to Use Scott Genius Boots and Scott Goggles in 2009

Sun Valley, ID - SCOTT Motorsports is proud to announce that Tim Ferry signed a two-year contract to use SCOTT Genius boots and SCOTT goggles.
Tallon Vohland, SCOTT pro racing manager, expressed his enthusiasm with the signing, “Tim is the perfect athlete to partner with as he is extremely selective about the products he uses. Tim selects products which give him a competitive advantage and minimize the risk of injury. It was only natural that Tim’s positive experiences over the years with SCOTT goggles would lead him to want to use other SCOTT products.” Adam Greene, Genius boot product manager, is also excited to have Ferry on the team. “The Genius boot is so cutting-edge and such a departure from standard leather boots that people have a hard time believing it works. They are doubtful that the Genius Boot can offer the protection it does and still offer performance. Tim will show, beyond a doubt, the Genius boot offers performance.”
Ferry will wear the Scott Genius boot in competition for the first time when he starts his campaign for the Monster Energy AMA SX Series Championship in Anaheim on January 3, 2009.
