Maier Motors to Win with Merge
The opening round of the 2008 Monster Energy Canadian Nationals was this past weekend in St Julie, PQ and Monster Energy/Thor/Leading Edge Kawasaki rider Teddy Maier grabbed his first ever win in the MX2 class. Maier started midpack in the first go around and moved to the front quickly to grab the win. His third place in the second moto was good for the overall. Second place? His teammate and buddy, Nick Evennou!
Both of these riders were using the Merge Racing Technologies ALJ (Adjustable Leak Jet) and the APS (Accelerator Pump Spring) and FMS (Fuel Mixture screw). The ALJ and FMS from Merge make the Kawasaki 's of Maier and Evenou get on the "leading edge."
