  • WMI Sweeps Toronto Lites Podium

WMI Racing Development bikes put on a display up in Toronto, Canada this past weekend. WMI riders went 1-2-3 in the Lites main event, with team rider Shaun Skinner putting in a nearly flawless ride to take the win. Skinner was followed on the podium by his teammates Matt Boni and Kyle Cunningham finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.

"My bike this year has been hands down the best 250f I have ever riden. My suspension is top notch and my motor feels like a factory bike. In Toronto, the track was soft and power was much needed, my bike was just awesome...I don't know what else to say", stated Skinner. WMI rider Kyle Keylon also had a decent night, pulling the holeshot and leading his heat race for four laps before being passed by teammate Matt Boni. "Toronto was a good learning experience for me. I had two falls in the main, but still came back to 8th and got to lead the heat race for a little bit.  It was good and I am excited and ready for Dallas this coming weekend", said Keylon.

450 rider Jason Thomas also had a top ten night, finishing off 10th place in the 450 main event. "My bike gets better each and every race we do. That is the best part of working with WMI, we are always making things better. Getting top 10's in the big class is a factory effort and we did it again this weekend", stated Thomas.

WMI Racing Development is a full service race shop that specialize in motor modifications and custom suspension tuning for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki and KTM. WMI also builds complete race-ready bikes for riders at every skill level.
