Don't forget the Utica Zoo, which I'm pretty sure is home to a rare collection of a German Shepherd, a Peacock, and an emaciated tiger.

Lastly, if you are in the market for a new bike, but just can't pony
up enough for a 2008, there is a seemingly vast array of "pre-owned" dirt bikes for sale on RT. 8 on the way to the track.

There is a restaurant down Hwy 8 at the Washington Mills exit, about 20 minutes from the track called Piggy Pats. Washington Mills exit is in New Hartford, N.Y. The food is incredible! Southern pulled pork, ribs, chicken. We come down from Canada to the race and make a point of stopping at Piggy Pats every time. Not the most exciting thing to add to your list but definitely worth the drive.
