  • Fox Racing and New Era Host VIP Event at MiniMoto SX

Irvine, CA – Fox Racing and New Era Cap Company got together to host a VIP event at the Maxxis MiniMoto Supercross racetrack at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, NV on May 3, 2007.

Fox Racing and New Era Cap; two premium companies that have set the precedence in their respective markets recently launched a working relationship that serves as New Era’s entrance into the motocross market with the industry’s strongest asset.  The launch party demonstrated New Era’s commitment to both Fox Racing and the motocross industry, while creating a solid foundation that symbolizes the good things that lie ahead.

Kawasaki provided 20 identically prepped KLX110's for partygoers to ride on the MiniMoto track. Some of the attendees included athletes from Fox's Surf, FMX, BMX, and Wakeboard teams. Carey Hart, TJ Lavin, Eric Geiselman, Adam Jones, Mike Mason, and more of the team were on hand to ride the mini’s and have fun out on the track before race day with the rest of the Fox athletes.

As guests were greeted with red carpet treatment, the Fox and New Era crew showcased the latest headwear while serving up perfect track conditions just steps away.  From catered appetizers, premium open bar and great music to the custom designed VIP-only black and gold 59FIFTY’s, guests experienced the best from two premiere brands.

A highlight of the event was the preview of the James Stewart “Capture The Flag” collection by New Era that launches later this year.  The limited edition collection designed by James Stewart and developed by New Era, celebrates iconic figures in sports music and fashion while sending proceeds to charity. The newly crowned AMA SX Champion and World GP Champion was also on hand to enjoy the festivities and talk about the new partnership as well as watch friends and family battle for bragging rights as they raced the night away on the Maxxis MiniMoto track before the MiniMoto Finals (open to the public) Friday night.
