Today we talked to MSR's Dave Casella, who gave us this brief update on Xyience/MDK Motorsports' Nick Wey:
"Nick had a MRI done the day following the crash. His thumb was dislocated but the MRI assured that there was no ligament damage. So the good news is that he will not require surgery. Nick has been has been going to the rehabilitation center at least once a day (yup, he can't get enough), in hopes to speed up the recovery process. With a little bit of luck and a lot of hard work on Nick's part, we hope to see him return for the Daytona SX."
