UFC Heavyweight Champion to Attend Chicago BooKoo AX
FORT WORTH, TX (JANUARY 11, 2007) – Tim Sylvia, the current UFC Heavy Weight Champion will be attending the BooKoo Arenacross Series this weekend at the Sears Centre near Chicago. Sylvia known as Mr. Maine-iac, is an active motorcycle and quad enthusiast.
Mr. Maine-iac will be a special guest of Trista Bartz, daughter of Denny Bartz who is the team manager for the Babbitt’s Monster Energy Kawasaki race team. “This will be Tim’s first arenacross event,” said Trista. “We want him to visit the team during the track walk and autograph session, then take him up to our suite to enjoy the racing.”

Fans can come early Friday and Saturday night with a track walk and autograph session beginning at 6:30pm with professional racing at 7:30pm. More than 500 youth and amateur riders are expected to compete on Sunday, with main events at 2pm.
