One Industries Goes to Court in Europe and Wins

After a 2-year-long legal battle, ONE Industries finally prevailed in a french court against Eurocross/Moto Evasion. "It's not the first time we've had issues with people getting close to our logos and image." said Ludo Boinnard, VP at ONE Industries. "In our now 10 years of existence and exponential growth, we've already had to deal with quite a few cases and I am sure that this one won't be the last. We are strongly committed to our brand and we'll take whatever steps are necessary to protect it", added Ludo.
