  • Nascar Team Expands to Supercross

Ware Racing Forms Pro30.com SX Team

Thomasville, NC – Ware Racing, which fields the #52 Pro30.com Dodge Charger competing in the Nascar Nextel Cup Series, has formed the Pro30.com Supercross Team to compete in the upcoming 2007 Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series.

Veteran pros Jeff Dement and Tyson Hadsell will compete in the Supercross Class on BSY-backed Yamaha YZF450’s, with 2000 West Coast SX champion Shae Bentley signed on to do the Atlanta, Orlando, and Daytona SX rounds in the Lites division.   The Pro30.com Team is headed by owner Rick Ware, a former motocross and car racer with extensive Nextel Cup, Busch, Craftsman Truck, Trams-Am, and IMSA experience.  Ware Racing’s Cal Northrop will serve as GM of the team, with BSY’s Tim Buffaloe serving as team manager.

“Putting this Supercross team together really allows us to provide a great value to our sponsors,” said team owner Ware.  “The demographics of Supercross have changed in the past several years, and in some ways it’s even better for our sponsors than Nascar.  Currently, 54% of the demographic for Nascar is in the 18-44 age group, and right now in Supercross that same demographic is 57%.  That market is really the demographic that many companies want to reach, and Supercross is on a growth path equal to where Nascar was about ten years ago, and of course that’s a good thing for our sponsors.  Also, the AMA does a really great job of allowing fans access to the pits before the races, and that gives us a great opportunity to reach our sponsor’s potential consumers.  We’ll be able to do some unique cross-marketing things between the two sports, and the Pro30.com people are really, really excited about getting involved with Supercross.”

The team will be based out of Ware Racing’s 21,000 sq. ft. facility in Thomasville, and will have its own engine and suspension dyno’s to aid in an extensive bike development program.  The team is currently negotiating with additional sponsors for support, and will debut their semi tractor-trailer at the opening round of the Amp’d Mobile Supercross season opener at Angel Stadium Anaheim, California January 6th.

Pro30.com is one of the fastest growing mortgage bank/software technologies companies in America, and is known for their proprietary 30 Second Mortgage Loan Approval software, which has the ability to approve a home loan within 30 seconds and close within five business days.  The Pro30.com web-based engine is a 24/7 mortgage application approval tool that pulls credit and determines not only the best loan program but the very best pricing available as well.
