Nate Adams Wins the LG World Championships for the 4th Straight Year
Pomona, California – September 30, 2006 – Nate Adams cashed in big by winning the 2006 LG World Championship for the fourth straight year.
Nate Adams took down 15 of the top freestyle motocross riders in the world en route to winning the biggest single event cash purse in all of freestyle motocross. The $100,000 cash prize purse attracts all the biggest names in freestyle motocross so winning the event is a true testament to just how well Nate rode and just how talented he is. Nate was the only rider to score in the nineties, beating out second place finisher and fellow WMG Athlete Mike Mason.
The win was Nate’s second in a row, following his commanding performance in round four of the Dew Action Sports Tour where he also leads the Championship Points standings and is all but a lock to win the title. Perhaps Mike Mason summed up Nate’s dominating performances as of late best when he said: “Right now, Nate looks pretty much unbeatable. I hate to say it, but that’s the truth.” You can watch Nate continue his dominance when he travels to Orlando for the final round of the Dew Action Sport Tour where he’ll hopefully leave with the title.
Nate currently rides for Thor/Parts Unlimited, Toyota, Target, Yamaha Motor Corp., DC Shoes, Verizon, Dragon, OGIO, Maxxis Tires, Alpinestars, EVS, Pro Taper, One Industries, Pro Circuit, Richardson RV, Uni Filter, Works Connection, EK Chains, Nitro Records, Red Barron, Kicker Car Audio, Industrial Ride Shop.
