Jeremy McGrath Invitational Hosts eBay Auction to Benefit Injured Riders
Los Angeles, CA (SEPTEMBER 1, 2006) - The Jeremy McGrath Invitational will be hosting an eBay auction featuring autographed memorabilia from many of the riders invited to the inaugural invitational event. All proceeds will benefit Ernesto Fonseca, James Marshall, Chris Ackerman and David Bailey with funds being dispersed through ROAD2RECOVERY, a charitable foundation dedicated to providing an array of services to injured riders.
Headlining the auction is a VIP package to the Jeremy McGrath Invitational, which includes a personal meet and greet with McGrath - this is the only VIP package of this type and - it is only available through this online auction! The first round of items up for bid have been provided by reigning five-time Supercross champ Ricky Carmichael and X Games' triple Gold-Medalist Travis Pastrana, to name just a few.

The Jeremy McGrath Invitational eBay auction will be updated with exciting new items from now until event date. Freestyle moto's winningest X Games medalist, Brian Deegan; current Moto GP points leader Nicky Hayden; Superbike stand outs Tommy and Roger Hayden; artist Michael Peterson and helmet designer Troy Lee have all donated items, which will be featured on the auction site.

The Jeremy McGrath Invitational takes place October 6th and 7th at the Home Depot Center, on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, California.
