(8/17/06, Malibu, CA) - With performance standards and new tricks blowing the roof off the sport of freestyle moto-x at the just completed X Games, for the fourth year in a row the best riders in the world will convene to continue to push the limits of sanity and gravity even further at the best little arena in the world, The Orleans, in fabulous Las Vegas, Friday night Aug. 25 and Saturday night Aug. 26.
 
Sanctioned by the World Freestyle Association (WFA), this championship event is among a handful of major competitions, including the X Games, the Dew Action Sports Tour and the European-based IFMXF, which along with other events, demonstrations and performances in FMX films, the WFA Selection Committee uses to select of the all-invitational field for the Winter and Summer X Games, which remains the undisputed premier event in the world of action sports.
 
The event will witness the world debut of "The Monster Energy FMX Jam," a new competition discipline which combines multi-rider trains, a freestyle moto-x version of the game of "horse", and head-to-head battles in evenly matched tricks. In addition, there will be tons of free prizes given away by Ogio.
 
Come early and meet the riders in our pre-event pit party and autograph session!

(MXi), the official Moto-X Sport Organizer for the X Games, in association with Ghost Entertainment and The Orleans Arena, the WFA Grand Prix of Moto-X has proven to be a great showcase for emerging talent and groundbreaking new tricks, while also featuring the some of the biggest names in the sport.
