Team Australia loses Chad Reed and Michael Byrne

Industry sources Down Under are reporting today that not only has Chad Reed dropped out of the Motocross des Nations with his recent shoulder injury, now Michael Byrne has passed on the opportunity because he might have some visa problems. To make matters worse, Craig Anderson, who also raced here in the States, had to pass due to a lingering injury of his own. So now Brett Metcalfe will be joined by 2006 Australian National Championship runner-up Daniel Reardon and Yamaha rider Cheyne Boyd.
