Pastrana Named the Saturn Most Outstanding Athlete of X Games 12

Los Angeles – Travis Pastrana, who competed in four events and won three gold medals at X Games 12, was named the Saturn Most Outstanding Athlete of the Games.
Pastrana blew away crowds on Friday, August 4 at STAPLES Center when he landed the first-ever Moto X double backflip to win gold in the Moto X Best Trick competition. On Saturday at The Home Depot Center, the Annapolis, Md. native edged out Colin McRae by a half second to win the first X Games Rally Car Racing gold medal. On Sunday, Pastrana rung up his third gold with a victory in the Moto X Freestyle competition. He also finished ninth in the Moto X SuperMoto.
For earning the honor, Pastrana drives away with a new 2007 Saturn Sky Roadster.
