Moose Minibike Showdown at Wisp GNCC
The Moose/Parts Unlimited Minibike GNCCs are raging through the Wisp for the first time ever this Saturday! Ace minibike organizer Rob Buydos has been granted permission to set up a minibike track at the Parts Unlimited Wisp GNCC this Saturday, and anyone over 18 with a minibike and full motocross gear (including motocross boots) can race.
The GNCC minibike events always pack in the action, as anyone who was there at the Suzuki GNCC opener in Florida will attest. That race was out of control fun, with a guy on a scooter, a battle to get over a big pile of logs, and a big crowd cheering everyone on.
But now we're racing at the Wisp. This should be a whole new experience as the minis invade the ski and golf resort town. Rocket Rob is promising a this course will be a little more old school and a little less crazy than those big logs in Florida, but the grass and hills should leave plenty of fun out there on Saturday evening.
Sign up takes place at the Moose Racing truck at the Wisp. It begins Saturday at 5:30 pm. Racing begins at 7 pm, and there will be the standard roster of classes on hand.
