Factory Fitness DVD Released
Motocross-specific training DVD merges science with sport and is
the first of its kind in the sport of motocross; DVD features Team
Makita Suzuki’s Broc Hepler
Murrieta, Calif., (April 25, 2006) - The University of Pittsburgh
Medical Center’s (UPMC) Center for Sports Medicine has teamed up with
Team Makita Suzuki rider Broc Hepler to develop a motocross-specific
training DVD using Dura-Band training products. Merging science
with sport, Factory Fitness is the only motocross-specific training DVD
backed by qualified sports medicine professionals. Both Factory Fitness

Filmed at the top-ranked, state-of-the-art UPMC Center for Sports
Medicine, the Factory Fitness DVD includes in-depth training techniques
developed by respected experts. The Factory Fitness training regimen
stresses workout efficiency which enables motocross athletes of all
