Motocross-specific training DVD merges science with sport and is the first of its kind in the sport of motocross; DVD features Team Makita Suzuki’s Broc Hepler

Murrieta, Calif., (April 25, 2006) -  The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s (UPMC) Center for Sports Medicine has teamed up with Team Makita Suzuki rider Broc Hepler to develop a motocross-specific training DVD using Dura-Band training products.  Merging science with sport, Factory Fitness is the only motocross-specific training DVD backed by qualified sports medicine professionals. Both Factory Fitness and Dura-Band training products are available at www.duraband.com.

Filmed at the top-ranked, state-of-the-art UPMC Center for Sports Medicine, the Factory Fitness DVD includes in-depth training techniques developed by respected experts. The Factory Fitness training regimen stresses workout efficiency which enables motocross athletes of all skill levels to spend more time on the bike, improving and perfecting riding skills.  Factory Fitness features unique training exercises to increase strength, flexibility and endurance and targets key muscle groups used in motocross.  In addition, these exercises improve balance, coordination and proprioception.

The Factory Fitness motocross training program is designed for riders of all levels.  The workout can be performed anywhere, making it a perfect training regimen for motocross athletes who travel.
