SPY is looking to add a team member in the Motorsports Department. SPY is a rapidly growing eyewear and apparel company based in Carlsbad, CA. SPY manufactures and sells Sunglasses, Apparel as well as Goggles for MX and Snow. We are currently looking for a Territory Manager in the Motorsports Dept.
Territory Manager
o Responsibilities include: Create yearly rep / territory forecast. Develop and manage independent sales team. Maintain and build strong retail relationships. Assess current market conditions and communicate back to all departments. Create, implement, and evaluate seasonal sales strategies and programs while setting short and long term goals. Travel within sales territory 1 week per month.
o As a Territory Manager for SPY you will be responsible for all activities associated with achieving territory sales targets. A successful candidate will have proven sales and/or sales management experience that they can rely on to set, plan, and accomplish goals. Within this role you will be challenged with a wide range of tasks, you will need to be creative, and you will need to lead others toward a common goal. Strong communication skills are a must if you are gong to succeed within this role. This position reports to the Director of Motorsports.
