One Industries is searching for a qualified individual to join our inside sales force. As a regional inside sales manager, you will be responsible for maximizing dealer direct sales and supervising outside sales reps in the given territory.? The ideal candidate would have prior sales experience with a background in motocross.? Must be very organized and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills as well as basic computer skills required.? Competitive salary, commission and benefits package. Position is based in our San Diego, CA office.
