American Honda announce their support of the 6th Annual Texas Winter Series
American Honda today announce their support of the 6th Annual Honda of Houston / FMF Texas Winter Series presented by Concept Haulers.
The Red Riders company has posted $42,500 for all four rounds of the highly contested series. The addition of Honda places the series as the richest in Texas at $322,940 in factory and product contingency.
Promoter of the Texas Winter Series and owner of Freestone, Tony Miller said, "Winter racing makes the tough get tougher but reminds riders how much fun it can be competing in almost any condition during the winter months in Texas. This is the way "motocross" is suppose to be. Any condition, any time. Honda of Houston has been with us since the first year, having factory HONDA supporting their riders only makes it that much more fun."
It is important to note that Honda riders that attended the opening round at Freestone County Raceway will receive contingency provided riders do their part after American Honda releases the registration forms in early 2006. For series info go to www.FreestoneMX.com.
