Yoshimura Selected as Team Honda Supercross/Motocross Exhaust Supplier
Yoshimura Research And Development Of America, Inc. is pleased to
announce the exhaust sponsorship of the American Honda
Supercross/Motocross efforts. The first race out with Yoshimura exhaust
saw Honda Factory rider Andrew Short win all three nights of the famous
Bercy Supercross in France.
“Yoshimura is very excited to be associated with the Honda motocross
program.” Yoshimura marketing V.P. Brant Russell said, “We are going to
work very hard to provide Honda with the performance levels that both
companies expect.”
Yoshimura has been building four stroke racing exhaust systems since
1955 and is involved in all facets of motorcycle racing. Yoshimura has
been increasing their presence in Motocross, Supercross, Off-road, and
ATV racing for the last several years.
The Yoshimura program will be spearheaded by R&D specialists Sean Gutierrez, and Ichiro Nakaya.
