Bar-to-Bar 2005 Now Available
Back Again Bigger Than Ever
AURORA, Ill. (November 15, 2005) – Clear Channel Entertainment’s Motor
Sports division announced today the release of the widely popular
Bar-to-Bar DVD, a four hour season recap of the 2004-2005 World
Supercross GP/AMA Supercross Series. Bar-to-Bar 2005 brings fans
up-close and behind the scenes of the world’s fastest growing
motorsport, recapping the dramatic events from the most-anticipated
supercross season to date.
From the ultra-hyped 250cc debut of teenage phenom James Stewart to the
first-class, prestigious supercross awards banquet at the MGM Grand
Garden Arena, this year’s edition of Bar-to-Bar 2005 is the ultimate
collector’s item for motocross fans.
“This year’s Bar-to-Bar DVD gives race fans the best racing highlights
from all of the main events in 2004-‘05,” said Doug Cabrera, director
of home videos, Clear Channel Entertainment – Motor Sports. “Fans can
look back at the complete 2005 season on two disc, four-hour DVD
compilation that covers 250cc and 125cc racing.”
Some of the highlights on Bar-to-Bar 2005 include: extensive coverage
of the most anticipated supercross season ever, exclusive pre and
post-race press conferences that capture the drama following the
intense races, exclusive, never-see-before interviews with the top
riders, including seven-time supercross champion Jeremy McGrath, who
made a return to supercross in 2005, Chad Reed, who laid down six race
wins, Ricky Carmichael, who won his first World Supercross GP title,
James Stewart, who learned how to race in the 250cc class, and more.
The 125cc footage gives fans the inside line on tomorrow’s stars who
hash it out in the support class.

Amp’d Mobile World Supercross GP is a 17-round global series that is
produced and promoted by Clear Channel Entertainment and Dorna Off Road
S.L. The Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series is a 16-round
national series within the United States that is produced and promoted
by Clear Channel Entertainment, with the exception of the event held in
Daytona Beach, Fl. that is independently produced by the International
Speedway Corporation and also is not a part of the Amp’d Mobile World
Supercross GP. Riders must compete in the international rounds to be
eligible to win the World Supercross GP championship. In
2005-2006, the 17-event Amp’d Mobile World Supercross GP will be
comprised of two international events and 15 of the 16 events that are
conducted in major cities throughout the United States as a part of the
Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series. The winner of the Amp’d Mobile AMA
