
Today at their press event at the KTM SX Test Track facility in Corona, California, KTM Motorsports introduced their factory and support teams for the 2019 season.
The changes within Red Bull KTM have been previously reported. Ian Harrison moves to team manager to replace Roger DeCoster, who held the position from 2011-2017. DeCoster is taking over as Motorsport Director KTM Group North America. Recently announced Cooper Webb joins holdover Marvin Musquin on the squad.
Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull KTM will again serve as the factory 250 team and will feature a four-rider lineup. Shane McElrath, Jordon Smith, and Sean Cantrell all return. Mitchell Falk is moving up from the amateur ranks to serve as the fourth rider.
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC-WPS-KTM will feature a two-rider team in the 450 class. Both Blake Baggett and Benny Bloss return. Michael Byrne is back for a second season as team manager, with Forrest Butler returning as team owner.
