The PulpMX.com server issue has been traced back to an iOS 6.0 bug that causes a requested audio stream to be downloaded infinitely over and over with no clue to the user.
This bug has been rectified in iOS 6.0.1 which was released November 1st. This affects not just the PulpMX App but all iOS 6.0 audio streaming apps.
Clearly, many PulpMX.com fans using iOS devices have not updated to iOS 6.0.1. You should eagerly update your device as this bug also cannibalizes your cellular data plan.
PulpMX.com will remain unavailable to iOS devices for a period of 1 week in hopes that users will take the time to update their devices so our hosting provider stops locking our server due to bandwidth overages.
When the app comes back online next week, any iOS device that is specifically on iOS 6.0 (iOS 6.0.1 is fine) will be blocked from PulpMX.com until they update.
The costs associated with this bug are great and we can't continue to foot that bill. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
