  • High Desert Racing Looks to Revitalize Noise Park Motorsports

Hello and thank you for reviewing our proposal.  We realize your time is valuable so we will be brief.

We represent an organization called High desert racing LLC, formed recently for the purpose of revitalizing the local motorcycle track located at the Noise Park motorsports facility west of Idaho Falls (see the end of this proposal for a full bio of our organization and its purpose). The previous Management performed very little maintenance leaving most of the buildings and equipment unusable or in need of serious attention. We have been contracted by the City of Idaho Falls and the Idaho Falls chapter of the Lions Club to re-establish the facility and provide a safe and organized place for the local motorsports community to participate in weekly, family-friendly events.

We as an organized body are donating our time and resources to rebuild and organize events at the Noise Park facility, but we cannot do it by ourselves. The task will require more money and equipment than we have available to us at this time. Some of the items needed are a new water system (pipe, pump and sprinkler heads), new sound system, new track layout, signs and outbuilding maintenance like door repairs, windows, lights and electrical circuits. Although we have been able to raise some of the capital needed, we are still in need of a suitable amount required to finish the initial stages of the project. We have developed an advertising program for the 2012 race season that will allow us to raise the capital needed while benefiting those who chose to help us reach our goal (see the next page for advertising options and benefits).

Our goals are simply to create a racer-friendly atmosphere and improve the overall safety for everyone.  We want to build a facility that is well known in the race community as well as one that spectators can watch and enjoy the action for many years to come.

This project is not for our personal benefit. We are doing it for our community and their families, providing a safe environment to learn new skills, meet new people and enjoy the outdoors in a way that is close to home and serves as many patrons as possible. We hope you see our vision and choose to participate in some shape or form.

We at High Desert Racing LLC would like everyone to consider this track as their own and we want everyone to feel welcome.

Sincerely,

High Desert Racing LLC
