Tell Us Another Story, Larry Brooks

"I can remember this race. I’m on the line with people that I don’t even know so this has to be the LCQ. This is Orlando 1993 because I’m in Clover gear. I had ridden practice and everything was good. Come to the heat race and I got a good start, which I usually did, and I’m running up front when I start to hear all this metal grinding noise coming from my bike. That’s never good (laughs), and the clutch started slipping, it started getting hard to shift so I pulled it in..."
