Deluge Signs David Vuillemin for X Games
“DV” will rock the Deluge Sport logo @ this week’s X Games
CARLSBAD, Calif., (Aug. 2, 2007) – Deluge Sport Drink announced today that it has signed French motocross/supercross star David Vuillemin in a deal that will have him running the Deluge logo at this week’s X Games’ Moto X Racing event.
Vuillemin, who broke onto the American MX/SX scene in 1999, has never finished outside the top ten in the Outdoor National MX standings.
And he brings with him a loyal fan base to the X Games that features both American and international aficionados of his ‘showman’ riding style.
“I was happy when Deluge approached me to race this X Games event,”said Vuillemin. “It’s different from what we’re used to racing, but I’m confident the fans will be into it. I know I will.”
Note: Vuillemin is currently in 8th place overall on the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship series this summer.
