Get Well Soon, Jonathan Beasley

Budds Creek Raceway promoter Jonathan Beasley is on the mend after suffering a serious injury on a Utility quadcycle. Beasley was apparently working on his track, which will host the fourth round of the 2007 AMA Toyota Motocross Championships on June 17 and the 2007 FIM Motocross des Nations on September 22-23, when he rolled off an eight-foot embankment. The quad landed on his back and left Beasley with a broken pelvis, ribs, and wrist. "But he’s in good spirits," said Red Bud promoter and friend Amy Ritchie. "He says he’s miles ahead of the usual pace for his national, and right now he’s just happy it didn’t turn out worse."
