  • U.S. Women's World Trophy Team Wins Third Consecutive FIM ISDE International Six Days Enduro

The following press release is from KTM:

Brandy Richards Leads U.S. Women's World Trophy Team To Third-Consecutive 6Days Victory

BERGAMO, Italy – An outstanding week of competition for the United States at the 2025 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations saw FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Landers’ Brandy Richards lead the U.S. Women's World Trophy Team (WTT) to a third-consecutive victory – and record-equaling sixth overall – in Bergamo, Italy, where the U.S. World Trophy Team (WT) and Junior World Trophy Team (JWT) each collected P4 results overall.

WORLD TROPHY TEAM (WT)
A winning end to the week for the U.S. World Trophy Team in the final motocross-style test with FMF KTM Factory Racing’s Dante Oliveira saw him – alongside teammate Johnny Girroir, Cody Barnes (Honda), and Josh Toth (Kawasaki) – claim what was a hard-fought fourth place finish. Oliveira was able to place sixth in the competitive E2 division onboard his KTM 450 XC-F and 10th in the WT class, while Girroir and his KTM 350 XC-F earned P4 in the E2 category and eighth in the WT standings after the six days, which was a commendable showing despite sustaining a hand injury leading into race week. In addition, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing took home the coveted Manufacturer’s Team Award in spectacular fashion, with Oliveira and Girroir contributing to the victory alongside now five-time 6DAYS winner Josep Garcia (Spain).

Johnny Girroir: "It was a tough week coming in with a broken hand, but I’m glad to make it through the whole week and help the boys get fourth! Obviously, we’d like to win or at least be on the box, but all things considered, I think we performed pretty well.”

Dante Oliveira: "The 2025 6DAYS... I went for the quad and cased the double! I had a couple of okay tests and a lot of average tests. On the bright side, I’m healthy and I know how to moto after picking up that final test win. We’ll come back and come out swinging next year.”

JUNIOR WORLD TROPHY TEAM (JWT)

After putting up a convincing fight all week long equipped with the KTM 350 XC-F, FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Landers standout Grant Davis took an impressive fifth in E2 and third position in the Junior World Trophy (JWT) results, while FMF KTM Factory Racing-backed teammate Mateo Oliveira was 18th in the JWT and 27th in E2 categories, riding his KTM 450 XC-F. He also impressed in the final cross test with a second-place result as top of the JWT riders. Combined, the U.S. JWT team of Davis, Oliveira, and Cooper Jones (Landers Racing KTM) earned P4 overall, plus Davis – together with Sweden’s Max Ahlin and Australian Gus Riordan – placed third as part of a second KTM entry in the Manufacturer’s Team classification. Jones powered to 12th in the JWT division and 20th in E2.

Grant Davis: "It was an awesome end to the week, finishing the final moto second behind Mateo [in JWT]. The rest of the week went alright, I just had some mistakes at the beginning of the week that held me back. Being the third-placed Junior Trophy rider isn’t bad, but I want more. We’ll be back!”

Mateo Oliveira: "The 6DAYS was a rollercoaster for me, and a super-frustrating couple of days not riding like myself. I’m always learning, though, and will get better from this. Stoked to finish it off strong though with a podium finish – and JWT win – in the final test."

Cooper Jones: "I had a pretty solid week at 6DAYS this week. Definitely had some days where I struggled and had some awesome days. Even getting a sixth overall finish in a test was pretty cool, plus in the final moto, almost getting the holeshot and finishing fifth was a good way to end my time here in Italy with the team."

WOMEN'S WORLD TROPHY TEAM (WWT)

Victory in the Women's World Trophy class saw Richards and the U.S. team make it three-consecutive FIM 6DAYS wins following a commanding performance in challenging conditions throughout the week. FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Landers' Richards and her KTM 350 XC-F were the combination to beat and withstood the elements to deliver once again for the overall alongside WWT teammates Korie Steede (Husqvarna) and Rachel Gutish (Rieju). In the end, the trio brought home a dominant +37:23.58 winning margin, holding the lead from the outset and never looking back for a record sixth 6DAYS victory for the United States.

Brandy Richards: "I’m absolutely stoked, and honestly can’t believe how good the conditions were today! The track was perfect, and I had so much fun out there and was really happy to have come away with another win for the team. We have six wins now collectively, and we’ll be back next year and try and fight for a seventh.”
