Guaranteed MX is reporting that YP.com/Nuclear Blast/Slaton Racing KTM’s Cole Thompson will miss Santa Clara this weekend after crashing during a testing session earlier this week.
According to Guaranteed MX, his recovery time will be short, but he will not race this weekend.
Through seven rounds of the 250SX West Region series, Thompson is fifteenth in points with a season-high ninth coming at San Diego II.
We’ll have more on his injury as it becomes available.
