BTOSports.com-KTM-WPS’ Davi Millsaps sustained three broken ribs and a severely bruised and partially collapsed lung in a crash last night at round nine of Monster Energy Supercross in Daytona. Millsaps made the announcement on his Instagram page.
Millsaps, currently ninth in 450SX points, was coming off a season-high fourth last week in Atlanta. He was credited with nineteenth in Daytona.
Millsaps’ injury is the second blow for the team in as many weeks, as Andrew Short sustained a concussion last week in Atlanta and is out indefinitely.
We will update Millsaps’ status as more information becomes available.
