Jeffrey Herlings: The Road Back

Filmmaker Lars van Berkel recently followed Red Bull KTM's Jeffrey Herlings during his rehabilitation at the Red Bull training center in Thalgau, Austria. Herlings, the two-time MX2 World Champion, suffered a broken femur in July at the Everts and Friends charity race. He returned eight weeks later at the MXGP of Mexico—the final round of the FIM World Motocross Championship—in an attempt to claim a third World Championship. Despite his brave attempts in both motos, Herlings fell short of the title to teammate Jordi Tixier. He will try for a third MX2 world title in 2015.
