Utah Unveils Changes
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Tooele, Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park, host site of the 12th and final round of the 2014 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, has revamped its one-of-a-kind motocross track in preparation for the season finale this Saturday, August 23.
The second annual Zions Bank Utah National will ultimately crown a 450 Class Champion, as the Red Bull KTM duo of Ken Roczen and Ryan Dungey bring their season-long head-to-head battle to a dramatic conclusion on Saturday afternoon. These rival teammates and their 450 Class counterparts, in addition to the highly talented 250 Class field, will be greeted with some significant redesigns to the layout, all made in the spirit of enhancing the competition and the overall experience for riders and fans alike.
Utah native Landen Powell rode the updated layout at Miller Motorsports Park in advance of the Zions Bank Utah National and discussed some of what riders and fans can expect on Saturday afternoon with the changes.
The Utah National is the final time in 2014 to see all of the world’s best riders in action! Tickets to the series’ second ever visit to the Salt Lake City area are just $40 for adults and $20 for kids (ages 6-11), featuring an action-packed afternoon of the most exciting racing on the planet!
