  • Roczen, Tomac, Seely on DMXS Radio

Red Bull KTM’s Ken Roczen started off his rookie 450 season with an impressive win at Anaheim 1 and hasn’t held back since.  The popular German is all business and isn’t looking to use his first year after moving up for anything but a championship run.  We’ll catch up with Kenny as he prepares for the much anticipated round at the historic Daytona International Speedway this weekend.

GEICO Honda’s Eli Tomac started off his rookie season with an injury at the first round and has been working hard to get back up to speed in the incredibly deep big-bike class ever since.  Some fans were concerned when the results weren’t as expected after his return, but the former amateur prodigy and 250 champion just needed enough time for his shoulder injury to fully heal.  He answered any doubts of his talent or resolve at Indy’s technical track with his first podium of the season.  Welcome back to the party, Eli!

Our listeners immediately identified with TLD’s Cole Seely after his first appearance on the show several years ago.  His humble nature and appreciation for everything this sport has offered him made a clear difference to his fans. Cole has never been about flash or attitude, just hard work. That was even more evident when he showed up at Indy as a fill-in rider for Team Honda Muscle Milk …and…oh yeah… quietly put their bike on the podium at the gnarliest track of the year.  Not bad for a part-time gig since he’s in a tight 250 SX West championship battle, too.

We’ve known Coach Robb Beams for over a decade and have enjoyed watching his ascent up through the sport with hard work, integrity and a passion for his riders.  Coach Robb began working with Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey this year, along with some the sport’s top amateur prospects, so we have a ton to talk about tonight. You can sign up for Robb’s monthly newsletter and find other helpful info over at www.completeracingsolutions.com

DMXS Radio thanks our wives, SCOTT, ONE Industries, Shades of Gray, Racer X, MX Sports, DUBYA  Wheels, GoPro Cameras, OGIO, Concept2Rowers, Coach Robb Beams, MotoSport.com, FREEGUN Underwear, Vurb Moto, Skull Candy, and Stellar Graphics for their continued support! THANK YOU….WE COULDN’T DO IT WITHOUT YOU!
