FMF Indoor Motocross Opens Big
The pro classes were some of the biggest with 28 riders in both the 250 & 450 pro classes Friday night. Many good riders ended up in the seats watching the main events. With the added pro riders the purse was bumped up to $10,600.00 for the weekend.
Jacob Hayes and Robbie Horton emerged the big winners in the pro classes. Hayes (Kaw) won the 250 pro classes both nights but couldn’t get a start in the 450 class. Horton won the 450 class both nights and put in strong finishes in the 250 class. Kyle Bitterman (Hon) won a couple of heat races and was set to take a win, but Hayes and Horton changed his plans. Several riders made the trip down from the northeast with New Jersey’s Nick Desiderio (Hon) taking home the most cash of the bunch as he claimed three third place finishes and one 14th place finish.
