• The Tennessee National enters its first year on the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Schedule in 2013.

• Victory Sports, promoter of the Tennessee National, has been putting on amateur motocross events at Muddy Creek Raceway since 1986.
• As one of the largest race promoters in the country, Victory Sports puts on seven different race series from January to December.
• Muddy Creek Raceway has been undergoing a facility renovation for the past six months, totaling an estimated 5,000 man-hours in the process.
• Hailing from nearby Abington, Va., GEICO Honda's Zach Osborne looks for his first 250 Class win at his home track of Muddy Creek on Saturday.
• Riders from 15 different countries will line up at the inaugural event on Saturday.
• The Built Ford Tough Tennessee National expects to see a record number of people on the Blountville property.
