Dunlop Supporting Top Gun Showdown
The 25th annual SUZUKI TOP GUN SHOWDOWN will be at Muddy Creek Raceway October 19-20-21.
This event is the “MAIN EVENT” for the 2012 THOR Mega Series presented by DUNLOP. DUNLOP has been a longtime supporter of the Mega Series and Victory Sports events.
DUNLOP will be offering “special racer pricing” on all tires during the event. This is for all bikes, 50cc through 450cc. They will also be mounting and changing tires throughout the event.
Joining DUNLOP supporting the event will be support rigs from FMF, Triangle Cycles, Moto Tees, Suzuki, Barr’s Competition, Moto Tees, Neeley KTM, Chapman Performance, Litz Racing, Atlas Cycles, South of the Border MX, MX Takes, Keller Photography, Moto 1 Graphics, Livin Lite Campers, 04 Bike Wash, & the Wired Ride Shop.
There will be 42 different classes of racers, pee wees to the pros competing Saturday and then again in Sunday’s “MAIN EVENT”. Saturday is a regular Thor Mega Series race then Sunday is the “SUZUKI Top Gun Showdown” with all classes racing.
Sunday will also be paying points for the Parts Unlimited ULTRA Series and the MOTUL Southern All-Stars Series.
There is going to be several after race activities in the evenings on Friday & Saturday that will be FREE for everyone. Team Pit Bike Race, Jump Contest, Wheelie Contest, & Pit Crew Competition events will be in the evenings. Concessions will be open in the evenings serving dinner along with some extra concession venders.
Muddy Creek Raceway – the 25th annual SUZUKI Top Gun Showdown – Exit #63 off I-81 and follow the signs 3 miles.
Friday = Practice Day (9:30 til 3:30), Saturday & Sunday = Racing at 9:00am - - RAIN or SHINE.
