Weimer, Lemoine, Hill and Ferry on the Pulpmx Show Tonight
What a weekend in High Point, great racing in the 250 class and a clear pecking order starting to shape up in the 450’s. Hosts Steve Matthes and Kenny Watson will be on the airwaves tonight on the Pulpmx Show presented by BTOSports.com to break everything down the only way they know how to.
Kawasaki’s Jake Weimer started in Texas with his first career 450 podium moto finish, then collected his first overall podium finish in Lakewood and now, he’s on a roll with a third overall this weekend in High Point with a couple of strong rides to a third overall. We’ll have him on to talk about his season, riding by himself in Florida and much more.
HRT Kawasaki’s Matt Lemoine had a strong race going this weekend that was unfortunately ruined by a crash in the second moto. Lemoine struggled a bit at Hangtown but since then has been one of the privateers turning it on out there in the 450 class. We’ll have Matt on to talk about the switch to 450’s and what it’s like no longer sleeping in your van.
It’s been two years now since we’ve seen Hart & Huntington’s Josh Hill on the starting line for a main event and we’ll check in with Josh tonight to talk about his up and down 2012 season, his future comeback plans and when he’s going to be fully ready to go racing.
Former 125 east coast supercross champion Tim Ferry has been helping out Ashley Fiolek in the WMX this year as well as prepping for a Loretta Lynn’s comeback that for whatever reason, he abandoned. We’ll have Ferry on tonight to reminisce about his days as a factory racer, why he gave up on the LL dream and how working with Ashley is going.
