Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative
CORONA, Calif., – Pro Circuit, the industry leader in aftermarket exhaust systems, suspension and engine development, is currently on the hunt for an experienced, organized and energetic sales person to assist our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and hands-on experience in the motorsport industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. The position will be based at the company’s headquarters in Corona, Calif.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In-bound and out-bound sales calls
Customer service
Maintain monthly sales reports
Provide support to inside-sales team
Skills & Qualifications:
Interpersonal skills: extremely organized, enthusiastic, patient, creative, goal-oriented
Professional presence
Strong & effective communication skills
Excellent telephone and counter sales skills
Strong customer service skills
Motorcycle industry knowledge and hands-on experience preferred
Excellent teamwork skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
4 years experience/background in inside sales preferred
Experience in a fast-paced call-center sales and service environment preferred
