Saturday morning was filled with rain. By 11:00 am the weather was gone and it turned out to be a beautiful night! The Dodger Stadium practice program was shortened by one session to try and preserve the track from the rain. The riders all had one shot instead of two to go out and set their fast time for their gate pick. Cosworth rider Zach Osborne had a sold practice and heat race. The riding skill and Cosworth Power put Osborne in third for a transfer to the main.
In the main it was Tomac getting a holeshot while Davalos ran second, just in front of our Cosworth Yamaha of Zach Osborne. Wilson and Tyla Rattray were right behind us!. A few laps in, Osborne worked his way by Davalos. At the end Wilson got around us and the results were set, with Tomac taking the win (by over 15 seconds) in front of Wilson, Osborne, Rattray, and Anderson.
Cosworth's Zach Osborne has been looking strong from the day he started here at A1 said Cosworth's Product Specialist Donovan Norris. I told him it was a matter of time before he would be on the podium and sure enough he did it at Dodger Stadium. We are excited and sad that Oakland is going to be the next race but our last for Supercross.
